HEGA Filter for Allergy Machine FR405

The Austin Air Allergy Machine filter combines 60 square feet of certified true medical High Efficiency Particulate Arresting (HEPA) with an activated military-grade carbon cloth to eliminate pet, tobacco, smoke, harmful gas contaminants, chemical, and 99.97% of all particles down to 0.3 microns and 95% of minute particles down to 0.1 microns in size.

Austin Air Allergy Machine® with Pre-Filter replacement filter. For those with allergies and asthma, the Austin Air Allergy Machine® was created. Because of its distinctive design, which enhances airflow and filters out allergens right away, Clinical studies have demonstrated that the Austin Air Allergy Machine® significantly lowers hospitalizations for young asthmatic children.

All standard size units and filters can be used interchangeably. Therefore, to switch from a normal size HealthMate® to an Allergy Machine®, just buy a replacement Allergy Machine® filter.

Before placing your purchase for a replacement filter, please double-check that you have chosen the right size and type. Incorrectly ordered filters may be subject to a restocking fee.

Filtering specifications:

Large Particle Pre-filter at Stage 1. removes visible particles to the naked eye (e.g. dust, hair and pet dander)

Medium Particle Pre-filter at Stage 2. removes particles of a small to medium size (e.g. molds, spores and pollen) Gray, blue, or green in color

60 square feet of True Medical Grade HEPA in Stage 3. 95% of all particles larger than 0.1 microns and 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns are eliminated.

STAGE 4: HEGA Carbon Cloth of Military Grade. A very wide surface area is offered by HEGA (High Efficiency Gas Arrestance), which allows for the adsorption of chemicals, gases, viruses, and germs.
Look for a label on the underside of your existing filter to determine its size. Standard size filter is indicated by the model HM400.
