Shipping & Returns
Within 30 days of delivery, the majority of brand-new, unused items can be returned for a complete refund. Additionally, if the return is a consequence of our error, we'll pay the return shipping costs (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
After handing your goods to the return shipper, you should expect your refund to arrive within four weeks, however this time frame is often much quicker. This period of time includes the transportation time (5–10 business days), the processing time (3-5 business days), and the number of business days (in days) it takes your bank to complete our refund request after we receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return something, get in touch with us and let us know what you need to return, along with your order number. When we get back to you, we'll let you know how to return the items from your order and provide you with a return authorization number.
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the products you select and the shipping choices you choose. Depending on the shipping speed you choose, shipping date estimations may be displayed on the shipping quotes page.
Please be aware that if expedited shipping is chosen, many of the things we sell include weight-based shipping fees. Any such item's detail page will list its weight. In agreement with the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Policies for shipping, refunds, returns, and cancellations:
As long as the customer keeps their order, we offer standard/ground shipment at no extra cost. If an item is returned for a cause other than a damaged or faulty product, original shipping fees will be subtracted from the refund.
If you place your order by 11 a.m. EST, most orders will ship that day. Except for radon test kits, all orders will be given tracking information. Standard shipping will either be USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery or UPS/Fedex Ground 3-5 day delivery.
NOTE: Unopened kits are returnable with 25% restocking fee, customer pays shipping back; opened kits are not returnable. Also, made to order units can be cancelled/returned but will incur a 25% restocking fee as once they are in the order cue, the cost for production has been already paid. There is a 30 day return period for all "made to order" units.
WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE AND WE ARE REPLACING. RETURNS MUST HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND PAPERWORK THAT CAME WITH THE SHIPMENT OR YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT/REFUND OR ONLY A PARTIAL CREDIT/REFUND. YOU MUST GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SENDING ANY PRODUCTS OR SHIPMENT BACK TO A.M.I. SERVICES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE RETURNS IF THE ABOVE POLICY IS NOT MET.
• SHIPPING CHARGES TO YOU WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND, EVEN IF THE PRODUCT INCLUDED FREE SHIPPING. ONCE AN ORDER IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RETURNED, SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT AMOUNT UNLESS PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.
We cannot accept returns on opened test kits or filter kits.We will replace the test kit or filter if it is damaged or defective. All returned goods must be checked out first. Your money, less shipping expenses, will be quickly refunded if the product is discovered to be in good functioning condition and free of any flaws. All products must be returned in good working condition with no physical damage/defects or additional restocking fees up to $150.00 will be applied. Our returns period is 30 days from purchase date other than Dylos Products. Dylos Products have a 14 day return period.
Damaged product: If for some reason your product is damaged or broken during shipping or is defective just email us or call and we will set up a return and replacement at no charge.
All packages without valid return authorization number on the box will be refused.
