Shipping & Returns



Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping, Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:



We provide standard/ground shipping at no charge to our customers as long as they keep their order. Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund if item returned for any reason other than damaged/defective product.

Most orders will ship the same day if ordered by 11am EST. Tracking will be provided for all orders except for radon test kits. Standard shipping will either be USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery or UPS/Fedex Ground 3-5 day delivery.

NOTE: Unopened kits are returnable with 25% restocking fee, customer pays shipping back; opened kits are not returnable. Also, made to order units can be cancelled/returned but will incur a 25% restocking fee as once they are in the order cue, the cost for production has been already paid. There is a 30 day return period for all "made to order" units.

WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE AND WE ARE REPLACING. RETURNS MUST HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND PAPERWORK THAT CAME WITH THE SHIPMENT OR YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT/REFUND OR ONLY A PARTIAL CREDIT/REFUND. YOU MUST GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SENDING ANY PRODUCTS OR SHIPMENT BACK TO A.M.I. SERVICES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE RETURNS IF THE ABOVE POLICY IS NOT MET.

• SHIPPING CHARGES TO YOU WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND, EVEN IF THE PRODUCT INCLUDED FREE SHIPPING. ONCE AN ORDER IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RETURNED, SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT AMOUNT UNLESS PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.

We cannot accept returns on opened test kits or filter kits. If the test kit is damaged or defective we will replace the kit or filter. All returned products must first undergo an inspection. If the product is found to be in good working order and without any defects your money, less shipping costs, will be promptly refunded. All products must be returned in good working condition with no physical damage/defects or additional restocking fees up to $150.00 will be applied. Our returns period is 30 days from purchase date other than Dylos Products. Dylos Products have a 14 day return period.

Damaged product: If for some reason your product is damaged or broken during shipping or is defective just email us or call and we will set up a return and replacement at no charge.

All packages without valid return authorization number on the box will be refused.
