Air Oasis™ air purifiers are covered by our 30 day Money Back 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason simply contact us.

All returned air purifiers must first undergo an inspection upon return. If the air purifier is found to be in good working order and without physical defects your money, less shipping costs, will be promptly refunded. All air purifiers must be returned in good working condition with no physical defects or additional restocking fees up to $150.00 will be applied.

All packages without a valid return authorization number on the box will be refused upon delivery.

All other products:

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 4pm EST on the day of order. Since products will be shipped after that time we cannot cancel the order.

Returns: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price. We cannot refund shipping!
