Utilizing a cutting-edge sample collection tool known as the Bio- Scan400, this consumer mold test kit is an efficient way to check your home or place of business for the presence of mold, both poisonous and allergenic in nature, from strategic surface sampling sites. Every breath we take will eventually land on something. Because of their relative weight, some particulates (particles) will settle on different surfaces more quickly than others. For instance, the air you're breathing right now might not be the same as the air you did a week, a month, or even a few days ago. As a result, the Bio-Scan400 is a very efficient tool for offering precise, in-depth study of the air we breathe and any potential pollutants.

Mold is a fungus that is quickly multiplying and present in nature on some level almost everywhere. However, the presence of mold might be an issue in frequently dark and moist regions. Mold-growth signs in the house or office include finding water stains, feeling musty odors, or seeing mold growth. Mold, however, is not always visible. It is frequently concealed under objects, inside of walls, or in other obscure locations. Mold is also in the air when it is growing in a building or environment, such as a home or office. People who are sensitive to it may develop allergies or asthma after inhaling mold spores.

These kits for checking for mold are easy to use and produce accurate results. A final report from the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA)-accredited Environmental Diagnostics Laboratory (EDLab) is included in the price of the Mold Testing Screen Check. It is tested and assessed for identification and concentration levels on hundreds of different species of mold. In addition to providing suggestions for what constitutes a normal controllable level relative to the total levels of each pollutant detected on the Bio-Scan400, this report will include detailed information on the genus level of each mold type identified as measured in Counts/cm2.

Within 3-5 business days of EDLab receiving the Bio-Scan400 for analysis, your lab report will be created and sent to you via email or postal mail.
